📝 Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential customers and explain various loan products like Personal Loans, Business Loans, Auto Loans, etc.

Assist customers in completing documentation and loan applications.

Conduct field visits to generate leads and onboard new customers.

Follow up on EMI collections and support recovery process if required.
-
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
-
Resolve customer queries and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: Graduate

Age Limit: 18 to 30 years

Willingness to do fieldwork.

Proficiency in local language is an advantage.

Experience - 1 Yr+ In MF/NBFC/Banking

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
