Experience : A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Banks or HFCs. Exposure to housing finance sales and credit functions, coupled with product/business development experience, is desirable.

Job Responsibilities :
- Consult with management on business trends in view of developing projects, services and distribution channel.
- Work with sales team and other internal colleagues to meet the required results.
- Compiling entries for a number of regular league tables, directory submission's, including collecting, dealing information and creating/ submitting description
- Track and record the activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet the targets.
- Oversee, create and drive project frameworks and analyses to support recommendations.
- Developing and distributing internal communications.
- APF drive.
- Joint promotional activities with builders/ Channels.
- Participation in real estate exhibitions
- Developing and conducting training programs to grow product sales with our Product Manager.
- Empanelment of Property brokers/ Real Estate agents as connectors.
