• Open to travel in the area of operation for a minimum of 10 days a month.
• Monitoring subordinate work and offering necessary support for smooth operations.
• Study and consolidation of issues/observations during their visit.
• Identification of Risk and adopt controllable measures.
• Take an innovative approach that will be beneficial for the organization and stakeholders.
• Interaction with the peer organization, MFIN/SA-Dhan and collect the good practices of Industry.
• Provide compliance, as and when required from stakeholders. Training and communication with the Branch Team on new strategies and process change.
• Maintain good audit ratings of the branches. Analyze findings and propose solutions to enhance branch performance.
• Constant monitoring of process and identification of gaps if any. Suggestion to improve further.
